NMUN NY success story has been continued.
It is with great pleasure that we report that a group of 12 dedicated and talented students and doctoral candidates from the University of Siegen participated as the delegation of Eritrea in the National Model United Nations 2024 in New York from April 01 to 05. This international conference offered them the opportunity to develop diplomatic skills, deepen international relations and immerse themselves in the world of the United Nations.
Our delegation consisted of Ayça Akçakoca, Ruiying An, Tim Bayer, Mounir Bouqayoua, Chase Alexa Ray Bezonsky, Yvette Lema Dinga, Julia Goedeke, David Hersonskij, Sören Krombach, Michael Mersch, Hilla Takat and Till Staschko.
Participating in NMUN 2024 as the delegation of Eritrea was a valuable and enriching experience. Our group not only developed its own skills, but also provided important impetus for solving global challenges. With their commitment and passion, the participants have made a significant contribution to international cooperation.
